PURPLE CITY- HEY KITTY...HOW ARE YOU DOING?

KK- Hello D, I'm wonderful as always. Working on a few projects for myself & a model that I manage.


PURPLE CITY- TELL ME...WHERE DID THE NAME "KITTY KENNEDY" COME FROM?

KK- I want everyone to know that KENNEDY IS REALLY MY LAST NAME! My middle name is Katherine & I was called "Kat" by my father while growing up, so I changed it to Kitty after I graduated high school. I've been known as Kitty Kennedy ever since, & my modeling name is Creole China Doll.


PURPLE CITY- NOW I KNOW YOU ARE REPPIN LOUISIANA BUT TELL ME EXACTLY WHERE ARE YOU FROM?

KK- I was born in Lafayette, Louisiana & it's where I most often lay my head.. I've lived in other places & have been a world traveler since a young age. But Louisiana will always be home to me, wherever my place of residence may be. I rep for all of what's considered "south" Louisiana. Ms. Jucci reps northern Louisiana, so between the 2 of us, we wear the boot(s) well. lol!



PURPLE CITY- WHAT ARE YOUR MEASUREMENTS?

KK- My measurements are 34C-25-38, & I stand at 5ft 3in.


PURPLE CITY- OK, HOW DID YOU GET YOUR START IN THE MODELING INDUSTRY?

KK- I started modeling 13 yrs ago, so I'm not a newcomer in the industry. From 1996-2004 I specialized in promos, dept. store fashion shows, lingerie modeling, face modeling, etc... I took a break for 4 years but still remained abreast of everything that was going on in the business. I re-entered the industry in January of 2008 doing strictly print & internet modeling & have been unstoppable ever since.


PURPLE CITY- TELL ME ABOUT SOME OF THE PROJECTS THAT YOU HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN DURING YOUR CAREER?

KK- It would take all day to cover everything in a 13 year span, so I'll narrow it down to these current 2 yrs in circulation. I was asst coord & promo model for the 2008 New Orleans Fashion Week, I've had featured interviews in V-Blazin, MXyMAG.com, GGurls.com, Tip Drill, Street Wize, Silk, MyBlueCarpet.com & of course PurpleCityDreamGirls.com. I've been a featured model in TitaniumGirlz Magazine, iCandy-Mag.com & on flyers. I'm currently on the cover of Mafia Princess Magazine. I do professional editing & also work for 2 mags. I've got my hands in everything nowadays.


PURPLE CITY- WHAT PHOTOGRAPHERS ARE YOU FEELING RIGHT NOW?

KK- As of now, my main photog is Ralph (DaRealSafado) Lenard. I also shoot with Martin (NuReign) Drysdale & Andrew Thibodeaux on a regular basis. Shawn (BadBoy) Darnell is a good friend of mine & one of the best urban photog in the biz. I'll soon begin working with him on a regular basis as well.



PURPLE CITY- DEFINE SEXY TO ME? WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT FROM THE REST?

KK- I define "Sexy" as Arousing Desire. To Arouse Desire is to posess a power like no other. Evreryone has their own level of sexy to a certain extent. But those who posess that "power" I referred to, arouse desire both visually & mentally, and are respected by both sexes. That's me. My personality, heavy accent, and the fact that I'm articulate all play a part in my "sexy" as you call it. My looks come last in my opinion, even though it's what usually Arouses Desire first when others look at me.


PURPLE CITY- YOU HAVE AN AMAZING BODY...DO YOU WORK OUT OR IS IT JUST NATURAL?

KK- It's natural. I do plan on starting a basic workout regimen for the new year tho. I'm 31 yrs of age & will be 32 in February, so I want to continue to keep my body in excellent condition.


PURPLE CITY- WHAT QUALITIES DO YOU ADMIRE IN A MAN?

KK- This isn't really a topic of discussion for me. When you reveal what qualities you admire in a companion, you leave yourself open to people who are only perpetrating what they think you're looking for.




PURPLE CITY- IF YOU COULD SLEEP WITH ONE FAMOUS PERSON...WHO WOULD IT BE?

KK- I'm not a star-struck type of person, so believe it or not, I don't have celebrity fantasies. Even if I did, I wouldn't tell.


PURPLE CITY- WHATS NEXT FOR KITTY KENNEDY? I KNOW YOU HAVE ALOT OF PROJECTS COMING UP IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

KK- My upcoming projects include Boss Up Bunnies, Omigawd, Silk Vixen, Stiletto Talk, Tricked Out & UrbanNewsWarehouse.com. I have 3 other mags in the works also, I have a few cellphone wallpapers coming out soon, & will be featured in the Silk Magazine 2010 Calendar. My model management company should be off the ground before the summer of 2010.
